No, my taste in music is just better. Also, I am not a lowlife living on welfare.

I don't hate rap music. I hate crap music.
Rap is only one-letter away from the word it's really supposed to be.

That letter is not C.

First person to guess it wins a No-Prize!

It's a trap!

Much better "It's a trap" pic

Nice, but you lose points for dropping the nerdy Star Wars reference.

"It's a trap" will always be Ackbar's.

Yeah, I'm more of a dork than nerd :(

get bent, it isn't music, they aren't singers, or musicians, or talented, or good role models, or worth a shlt...

I bet you a million dollars you can't rhyme as well as 99% of the rappers on the radio. ( and have it sound good)

Totally agree with PHiuR. And we're talking about "rappers" on the RADIO. Try listening to some real rap.

Dead Prez, Common, Talib Kweli, Aceyalone, Little Brother, Blackalicious, Mos Def, J5... just naming a couple.

Expand your horizons man... I love all music, every genre has it's ups and downs.

EDIT: I guarantee most rapper's net worth is more than yours.

The long of it:
My IQ is infinitely too high for rap music to target me. I speak English properly, I know exactly where my waist is, I dress and act respectably, I don't have drugs and alcohol and 'bitches' at the top of my priority list, I don't go around calling all my friends 'my n*****s,' I'm much MUCH more capable of landing and retaining a job, and I actually understand what it's like to have meaning to my life.

The short of it:
Yes, I know.

The rappers you mentioned aren't on the radio for a reason. They're not what the mainstream demands. Therefore, they must not be as "good" as the others.

I hardly care about a person's net worth. Someone's net worth -ESPECIALLY with regard to rap 'artists (and I use the term loosely)- is hardly describing their social value.
