Breaking, hasn't been formally announced yet. I'm guessing she'll go to MSNBC and shit up their channel?

EDIT: DEAL OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED

Megyn Kelly will also be making $15 million per year. According to Anandtech forums poster boomerang, we should be bitching about this.

She was the first prominent anchor to have it out for Trump, guessing she's going to ride that. Probably a good decision on her part once Trump starts fucking up in office and people gravitate away from Republican fellatio on FOX.

Hmm, nobody bitching about her compensation yet. I mean at some point hasn't she made enough?

Money talks, but I think part of this is Kelly realizing that challenging Trump and Ailes pretty much guaranteed that she was persona non grata at a channel that demands absolute devotion to the Republican party (and Ailes' strain of right-wing ideology).

I doubt she's going to swing all the way in the opposite direction and become a die-hard lefty like Olbermann, but it'll be interesting to see just how moderate she'll be at NBC. Goodness knows that no one expected Glenn Beck to drop the conspiracy theories and become a relative voice of reason in the Trump era. My worry is that Fox will replace Kelly with someone whose only real defining quality is mindless obedience to the Republican message.

So, no complaints about compensation packages for CEO's of huge corporations from you then. Got it.
Oh I see. You think Megyn acquired this salary by exploiting all the little people that work for her. How's the weather in your retarded universe?

Don't put your brainwashing on display like this. She hated working nights which kept her from her children and her husband. She's talked about this for a long time.

If you'd read the article, (oh wait, the OP didn't post one) or even a post or two in the thread you'd realize she was offered more money to stay at Fox. If you'd done a quick Google search you'd also know that she has been offered a daytime position.

It's great. Have you ever considered suing your teachers? You should give it some thought. I think you've got a great case. Be sure to name the little red school house you attended in the suit. Maybe your parents too.

Good, good. MSNBC could use some more attractive anchors and hopefully they fire chuck todd and replace him with her.

The OP is the one who posted the additional info about Fox's offer so I am not sure why you felt it necessary to point out that he didn't include it in the OP.

Thanks for pointing this out boomerang...but I find it much more entertaining to watch them flail about in their ignorance making up shit as they go along...completely oblivious to reality and too stupid to recognize their plight.

What am I suing them for exactly? Teaching me how to effectively compare and contrast different situations?

To be accurate its more compensation over time vs average workers. It's also CEOs getting huge golden parachutes when they bankrupt their companies ala Wall Street

I didn't post an article because when I created the thread the move hadn't been officially announced yet, and every single detail was rumor. Technically, the move itself was a rumor too, but it was so widely and definitively reported, that it seemed pretty safe.

The OP is the one who posted the additional info about Fox's offer so I am not sure why you felt it necessary to point out that he didn't include it in the OP.

And I only thought the size of the contract was interesting because Fox had offered so much more. I can edit the OP with a link to the NYT coverage, I'm sure he'll appreciate that.

No the brainwashing that you've received that makes it impossible for you to have any objectivity. I mean I know you think you do, but from here, it's obvious you don't. See how that brainwashing works?

Oh, probably not...

Apparently you need to sue your teachers, too. Any person who makes a lot of money is the same as someone who destroys other people's lives to make a lot of money if you just don't focus on the differences.
