Here's a fairly recent pic of Spot. You can see her kneading the bench. I don't know what she sees in me, but that cat loves me

We’ve had Token for a year now. She’s a pretty happy kitty but you’d never know that from her expression.

This was Token’s adoption photo at the shelter and why we went and got her.


The shelter folks may have taken the photo right after they trapped her but she’s never looked that scared since we’ve had her.

RIP Ruckus.

Ruckus was about sixteen years old, maybe older. He was top cat and a very "there" cat, always into whatever we were doing. He also liked to bite, not out fear or anger, but for the pure pleasure of feeling flesh between his teeth.

He's had kidney disease for about a year and started crashing last night. We put him down this morning before the pain could get to him.

RIP. Lost my last cat to kidney disease. It seems to be a common thing in cats once they hit a certain age.

My orange cat developed a new habit. When I'm bending down to put my socks he'll jump on my back and just lie down there lol.

This is Jiji, going on 10 years now. I adopted her from my boss, as he just got a dog and couldn't deal with cats anymore. She's very independent but she loves me and I her.

I had to euthanize my sweet Jiji last Wednesday. Around 2 years ago she got diabetes and I have been giving her insulin twice a day since. One hospitalization for a week and a few vet visits for various issues. But last Saturday she stopped eating and I knew it was time. She was the sweetest cat in the world and will be missed forever.
