You actually wouldnt believe what a turn on it is to push them together while taking off a top and letting them slowly be exposed. he smirks every time. they "hang" naturally and it is so erotic to have a necklace fall between cleavage in a low cut shirt.

Aaawwwww damnit!! You gotta stop writing stuff like this ... aaaargh.

Its not always about being insecure. Im not sure why everyone thinks that?

For what other reason would you get it done?

to not have to buy special bras to give you fake breasts, to not have to shop in the girls department of stores, to make oneself feel sexy sans clothes. to walk on the beach and not hunch over to hide yourself.

No matter what anyone says, apperance is imoportant. maybe not ALL the time, but a lot of the time.
I could go on and on and on and on.

I have realized something. I have seen a lot of breasts, natural and fake, and i realized that if breasts are done "right" i prefer the look of nice perky breasts than droopy ones.
Even when i had "none" they were perky, but not as perky as they are now.
They are very squishy yet firm (in a good way).
Plus, just an FYI, if your GF, OP, decides to get them, if she goes under the muscle, they tend to feel a bit more natural.
It is amazing because i started with no skin there, and my body has gotten used to everything and skin has stretched with NO strech marks at all.

Nothing shallow about wanting to feel feminine. There are so many advances with surgery now, as long as you have a good dr. it is quite safe (but there will always be complications during surgery and after.)

Good luck!
PM me if your GF wants some good websites and message boards to go to to help her get more information :)

Thanks for proving my point. They are firm compared to natural fatty boobie tissue :)

They feel like a young adults breast does, not a deflated, post child, breast, if that's what you are trying to get at.

You guys have kids?

NOPE! :D no babies. we are young, d.i.n.k.'s and happy. Even if we did choose to have children, you can still breast feed and the like normally. they will not deflate or anything even after child bearing.

How many post children women's breast has he touched?

Honestly, why would I want to? I prefer perkiness, as most people do.

What are you going to do about her face in 10 years? It's going to sag also. Wrinkles!

What about her hips, thighs and stomach after child birth?

You're ignorant about women :)

I'm sure it is quite arousing, but deep inside I would know there are hunks of silicone or whatever they use now and even if I couldn't tell the difference, I'm pretty sure I would still prefer natural ones. Notice I said "pretty sure" :)

No, I'm not ignorant, I'm thinking about now. I realize both of us will change in 20 years, but we will change together, and that makes it OK.

See, that's the lack of self esteem I was talking about. It's not just you...it's most women in todays society. Where does it stop? As I said in my other post. You going to get botox? Tummy tuck? There's going to be something else you dont like in the next few years.

Try learning to love yourself for who you are. Workout and try to make the things you like about yourself stand out better...like oh say..your personality? :)

people that say it's about lack of self esteem annoy me.... so fvcking what? why do you cut your hair, go to the gym, wear nice clothes, go tanning, have their teeth whitened... people just want to look the best that they can. if they feel that they will look better and feel better than more power to them.

I love LOVE myself, and that is why i got them.
I am not that low on self esteem.... i felt out of place because most women have them... I am a woman too. why shouldn't i have breasts?

I am blessed with good genes, i do not have to work out. i eat healthy, take care of my body, am quite charming ;) and care about those around me. I am very passionate about life.

what is so freaking wrong with someone wanting to change something with themselves? whether its a small, temporary change or something more permanent, whats the difference?
Do you shave? why?
do you cut your hair? why?
do women dye their hair? why?
do women wear makeup? why?
do you take a shower? why?

More of a small waist/flat stomach fan than chest. That said, I probably wouldn't want her to get lypo either. Instead of spending all the $ on surgery, why not get gym membership, hire a personal trainer, and obtain a rock hard body. You'll feel better, and feel better about yourself.

I like natural better, but I like nice fake ones better than average/bad real ones.

I see a problem right there, unless the trainer is a girl.

If there is a medical problem or they are really odd shaped or noticeably different sizes then sure, but if the only issue is too small then no.

I'd prefer her how she is, but if she wanted it and somehow it made financial sense then I would "let" her.

how in the world would it make financial sense? is she a stripper??

I think he means that if it weren't a big deal financially. Like if we had tons of money.

But I can't see myself ever wanting a boob job.

No, I meant you should become a stripper so I can just post on AT all day while you take care of the bills.

I don't feel enhancements of any kind are necessary, but i think those of you ragging on Lola, etc. are a bit out of line.

She has a right to do what she wants, & it sounds like she's very happy with the results, which is what matters. It also doesn't sound like iamwiz82 minds at all either :p

My ex had small breasts, very small in fact, but i loved them as they were. That being said, if she wanted larger (not excessively much larger of course :p), i see no reason why i wouldn't have been supportive.

some of you people are real pieces of work. If someone wants to get a tattoo...let them, it's their body. Same with plastic surgery. Who are we to judge? It's THEIR body.

To those of you who distinguish between reconstructive and enhancement surgery:

How is it truly different? In one, a woman without breasts wants to restore them (and they won't look like they did before.) In another, a woman who is virtually without breasts wants to add them. Both start flat chested, both end full chested. Does the trauma of breast cancer exorcise the self-esteem monster?

For my part, the safety risks of breast enhancement alone are enough to keep me away from it. I also don't think I'd feel natural afterwards and that would bother me, personally. I do understand the desire for larger breasts though, since I'm fairly small chested. That I think it's a waste of time to do doesn't mean that I think other women should be ashamed of doing it.

I judge people that are materialistic. I think they are stupid and uneducated and will forever complain about not having money.

QFT! Now I need to go take a cold shower!

As far as I'm concerned, if they look and feel close enough to real where it's hard to tell, and if she's happy, then go for it. Lola and iamwiz bring real perspective to this thread, and I applaud them.

You are in no position to judge, and your apparent definition of materialism emphasizes your ignorance.

The funniest part is the irony of your name and avatar.

If my SO wanted to get them, I would let her do it, not because I be happy about. But because is her body, its her personal choice.

Am I the only one who notices the amusing shallow-ness of guys saying they'd never agree with their SO having plastic surgery? And the even more amusing irony of them all calling the women shallow when they are judging based solely on the presence or absence of cosmetic surgery?

Just saying...
