McD's New Happy Meal: What Does ATOT Think?

i think it's harmful. they're substituting fat for sugar, which will keep a kid hungry and cause overeating. also, by telling the public that the meals are now lower in calories, parents will take their kids to mcdonald's more often, which means an increased frequency of eating shitty, unhealthy food for kids.

So? It's still a step in the right direction. McD's is including fruit by default and not as many fries... how can people complain? Don't give your kids shitty fucking food. Be a parent. If you don't like them to go there, then you don't take your kids there. For everybody else it's less fried shit and slightly more vitamins. It's at least SOMETHING positive in a box of processed dispair.

That's an UPHAPPY meal. Milk? Apple slices? And where's the god damn toy!

When I was growing up you got a cheeseburger, fries and a coke and some times a kickass toy (not some lame crackerjack shit, a legitimate toy) that would entertain for a week. One time they were giving out those little pocket racers that you wound up by pulling them backwards and they were FAST, enough to pull off sick jumps. THAT was a happy meal and happy times.

This is no happy meal. No sir, I don't like it.

LOL

I think its crazy people get so angry at mc donalds. They are a business with the SOLE purpose of making as much money as possible. They should only be making their food healthier if they feel it will increase profits. Nearly anything is bad for you without moderation.

Do kids today suck at counting or something? I would never be happy with just 4 nuggets. Forget the fries and apple slices. I would want more nuggets.

WTF....chicken nuggets? Fuck that, I got a cheeseburger when I was a kid. And fries and a soda.

But then I had parents who would actually cook meals and going to eat at McDonalds was a treat that didn't really happen very often - maybe once or twice a month.

The problem has never been the happy meals. The problem has been the parents, and will continue to be the parents.

Love that clip rofl. Popeyes is so good, but...

1) is $4.99 really that great of a deal for 8 pcs of chicken? What's the regular price?

2) LOL @ the guy saying "we've been looking forward to this day". DUDE, go back tomorrow, pay a buck or two more and have your damn chicken LOL.

Our Popeye's has a buffet for lunch. 😎
