i think it's harmful. they're substituting fat for sugar, which will keep a kid hungry and cause overeating. also, by telling the public that the meals are now lower in calories, parents will take their kids to mcdonald's more often, which means an increased frequency of eating shitty, unhealthy food for kids.
So? It's still a step in the right direction. McD's is including fruit by default and not as many fries... how can people complain? Don't give your kids shitty fucking food. Be a parent. If you don't like them to go there, then you don't take your kids there. For everybody else it's less fried shit and slightly more vitamins. It's at least SOMETHING positive in a box of processed dispair.
