Lol, I wouldn't jude this car on a very early body finish, and certainly not a 1/4 view of the car. This picture was obviously not intended to be released, so obviously GM doesn't want the public to see an early, unfinished version of this vehicle.

I said the rear end of it was ugly from the picture. I said the front was pretty nice looking~ from a previous post.

Maybe he plans on purchasing one of those, and I hurt his feelings saying the rear end of it was ugly. It looks exactly like a Neon's rear

I think he's insecure with himself. By belittleing isekii's ride, he feels better about his CTS...you know cause he paid so much money for it..and GM's beautiful depreciation made it worth 2/3rds of its original price.

I wonder how the quailty Mazda is now that it is part of Ford.

I have 93 mazda b2200 with 230,000 miles and still running strong. This truck is pre-ford era.

Cobalt uses the new Delta platform and engines while the Mazda3 uses Ford's new "global" FWD platform shared between the upcoming next-gen Focus and Volvo S40

Who's actually developing the Ford C-segment platform? I know the Mazda6 chassis was developed in house by Mazda. Will the same hold true for the Mazda3?

Also, nobody's posted chassis size specs yet.:frown:

Mazda developed the Mazda 3 inhouse (which will replace the current Protege). Pics of the Mazda3 sedan havent been released yet, just the hatchback so far.

Ford is gonna use the current Mazda6 platform for a whole host of cars, I think they even plan a small SUV out of it. Also, the Mazda3's chassis is basis for the Focus.

Amidst the stuff I already knew, I believe you answered my question.;):p All I needed to hear was, "Mazda developed the Mazda 3 inhouse."

Ok, I've checked out the link to the size specs. A shame I can't read japanese. Anybody care to translate some of this - most notably the dimensions?
