still single exhuast. boooo

it's not like a dual exhaust will decrease restriction over a single good exhaust. it's a Inline 4 engine not a v type engine which means that there is 1 line of exhaust ports.

exactly, there is only one cylinder head on inline engines, dual exhaust on an inline engined car is a waste of carrying around an extra 20 lbs in muffler dead weight.

cars look better with 2.

Atleast we know now you're into cosmetics more than engineering.

being it's a mazda, it's doubtful it'll even break 200 HP at the wheels. 😛

The Mazda 2.3 Turbo is enough to propell the heavy MS6 from 0 to 60 in 5.4 sec (accroding to C&D roadtest). What Mazda needs to do is to mate the AWD system over.

link

Well atleast while we're magazine racing, the MS6 overheats at the end of the quarter mile and traps 86 MPH.

LOL! Seriously. The lack of a hoodscoop has me predicting very similar issues.

Not if they decide to mount the intercooler in the front like most turbocharged engines.

Doesn't look like it since they hood is bulged the same way as the Speed6.

Are you looking at the same pics I am? The hood is raised at the fenders, just like the regular Mazda3 hatch. I see an extra cut line/indent that is not on the original, but it doesn't look raised to me.

I dont see the telltale silver intercooler peeking out of the front grille though.

You can't see anything peeking through...it's simply a promo shot

Can we say torque steer and serious traction issues? What's the point of having all that power in a FWD package? Even with an LSD, you can't get around physics.

But if it's 22K, that's a pretty good deal.

Hatches rule, b!tch!

"Is that your FAST?"
"Yes officer"

I like VW hatches. The 3 hatch looks like sh!t. 😛

The 3 hatch kicks ass. It looks good, and it is great for moving/storage.... I dont have a truck and I use my wife's 3 whenever we need stuff from home depot 😛

I just remembered, it is probably going to be top mount
