I want to avoid another gas appliance, especially one that's not condensing as they arn't efficient. Though I might get a tankless water heater that can also act as a boiler. Then at least I can locate it inside the house near the gas line. Cheaper than running gas to the garage. Then circulate water through a car radiator in the garage with fans to blow air over it. Thinking it should do the trick. But may try server room first anyway see how that goes. Might need to put in more mining rigs. :p

If you were installing an air conditioner (do those exist in Canada?) you could make a joke about hard nips.

heh maybe. This is the woman I spent 2 years flirting with back in the early 90's...we were both in relationships at the time.. I can't wait to flirt with her again...i'm getting goosebumps.

Dont forget to do the thing so you don't end up like Ted in There's Something About Mary.

Actually here's an idea, secretly find yourself a new apartment. Move out, and stop paying for that one, be nice about it to the landlord and give notice etc, but basically they won't have a choice but to move. Since they are not registered residents (at least I hope not) they will basically be trespassing at that point so landlord will have every right to get rid of them including use of police force. Give an extra payment to the landlord or something for his troubles.

Why bother doing it in secret. Depending on his lease either break it and eat the charges or if he doesn't have one give suitable notice and move the F out. At worst have your new apartment at the time that you are legally required to tell them that you aren't paying the rent anymore, if he even is legally required to do so.

I'm legit considering using the server room heat to heat my garage once I insulate it. I don't think it will be enough to actually heat it, but maybe keep it above zero. Then I'd be able to work in it decently comfortably if I put on a hoodie. My goal is to convert it into a workshop. It's too small to work on cars or anything big, but mostly wood working projects and stuff.

Come on, help a fellow forum member out! I'm sure once he gets his op going again he will gladly share some really dank weed with you.

Don't be a bitch and do it cheap I net enough on my furnace installs to put down a deposit/first months rent, pay moving expenses and leave some in the bank. Nows your chance to escape.

Did you intentionally wire something wrong so she'll have to call you back to fix it?

I made that joke to my helper when I was putting a furnace in this hot lesbian couples house over the winter. I'm like I should leave the ac low voltage wires off so I can come back and see em in shorts in the spring.

Actually we didn't know for sure they were lesbians at first I hit on the one and told my helper I think they're gay. He goes shut up just because you got turned down. I'm like no I really think they're lesbians. They ended up calling that summer any way, no short shorts unfortunately. I tell my helper we gotta go back to the hot lesbians house, hes like who? I'm like you know the one I hit on you didn't think was gay. Hes like oh yeah shes not gay, you just got turned down. Sure as shit we go back and theres pride posters hung up. I got to say I fucking told you so.
