Legally blind person can purchase a gun
Person with anger issues can purchase a gun.
Trump rolled back laws making it easier for mentally ill people to biy guns.

Illegal drug user can't.

Makes a lot of sense to me.

I disagree with all of those, they need to be changed.

Also it is still illegal for a drug user to purchase a gun. It is also illegal to lie on the application form.

Do you think the gun laws should be upheld with respect to drug addicts and lying on the federal firearms application?

Do you think all citizens should be treated equally by law enforcement or do you think that certain people should be singled out for easier or harsher treatment?

no need to be a bellend even though you excel at it. Or think American expressionism is the only right way.

I wasn't agreeing with the decision. The laws of this country certainly allow you to carry a gun and based on your posts I don't think you should.

The point being made didn't seem to be about "following" those laws, as the selective-enforcement of them. I don't really know, either way, would need some solid statistical data to say (how many times have such incidents been recorded but no charges laid?). But it seems possible Hunter Biden is being treated more harshly, because he's got this political target painted on his back.
