It probably doesn't mention any names at all. You wouldn't expect the name of anyone Greenberg intends to incriminate to be in a publicly accessible plea agreement. Prosecutors don't want those names released to the public while they are still investigating and before any charges have been filed.

Of course not, a plea agreement NEVER names the target and shouldn't for good reasons. This plea agreement is incredibly long & locks in very specific factual findings backed by externatl evidence (initialed by the defendant on each page) and absolutely locks the defendant into full cooperation and full truthfulness-something very, very important. After all, this guy makes Michael Cohen look like the paragon of virtue and truthfullness.

If the plea agreement even mentioned Gaetz any decent defense attorney would be handed a ready made acquittal based on the argument that it is nothing but a witch hunt with a bought and paid for witness.

You can be very sure that the defendant has already given tons of evidence about Gaetz that is not mentioned in this agreement.

I'm assuming Gaetz thinks Trump will pardon him when he wins the 2022 election…Or even sooner than that, when Trump is restored to his rightful place in the Oval Throne Room, expected this coming August.

Make it a function of their health care plans as Federal employees, let GAO run oversight. We just had a mentally ill and serious Adderall addict posing as CiC, and we saw what that wrought for America at home and abroad. The problems created by addicts wielding power is more concerning to me than GQP nepotism and corruption that might not apply.

If we can expect enlisted to not abuse illegal drugs (or be hopelessly addicted to over the counter ones), we should be able to expect the same from our politicians.

Honestly they all should undergo extensive psychological testing every year. Half those guys have dementia and a good number are deluded qanon followers.

In all honesty, there may be a need for psychological testing. No joke there. Some of the people in Congress that are entrusted with high level information aren't quite all there. It's becoming a serious issue for national security.

One of the questions often asked during an initial evaluation is 'Who is the current President of the United States?' We all know that at least some of them might have a problem answering that.
