There was a video on here a while back that made me sick. It was a film of soldiers firing on and exploding a downed Iraqi as he lay wounded on the ground.

Look at it from a military standpoint, where it's either your life or his. If you don't fire on him, he will grab a gun and shoot you if he can. You have to MAKE SURE the enemy is dead, because if you don't, YOU will be dead.

And I'm sorry.. when I see video of a crowd of Iraqis cheering as dead and burned American bodies are hung from a bridge, it makes me not think of these people as human beings, and I would advocate killing every last one of those who were there that day.

Yes, I'm sure if he could move his broken limbs, he'd jump right up and have at it. It used to be that just defeating an enemy was enough. Now it seems we have to pump him full of rounds, blow him up, and incinerate the fragments just to make sure he's really dead. It's also interesting how anyone who is shot is "the enemy" automatically, I'm sure in a war zone they would never shoot anyone by accident.

So you're saying the tragic murder of four Americans must be avenged by mass killings of every one who was in the area? You actually "advocate" that? Welcome to The Third Reich v. 2004 then, since that was the tactic the Nazis used against the resistance during WWII...acts of murder or sabotage against Germans were punished by mass killings as retaliation. You know what though, it didn't work then, and it won't work now...(besides being criminally wrong, if you haven't grasped that). "Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it"...isn't that how the saying goes?

I'm sorry too, but I actually saw the video and I watched the man murdered as he was blown apart unmoving on the ground. He was a dangerous and as important as a bottle used for target practice. Perhaps if it had been your child lying there and you got to watch it blown apart you could better comprehend. Of course I understand that people don't go blowing others apart without some sort of mental rationalization. Nobody likes to say, gee I'm a murderer or gosh, I support the murder of others. Nope we only murder for the good and any good rationalization will do. And anybody who tells us we're not good is a piece of trash.
