LOL I am sure you champions of pot have done tons of studies, and obviously smoked some...but have you ever met a true pothead? They live for the next time they smoke pot (and normally CS as well). I am not disputing that it should be legalized, but it is by NO means as harmless as you make it out to be. Similar to alchohol, many people take it too far and yes they often don't remember things.

common sense tells me anything in exteme quantities isnt good. mcdonalds, cough medicine, sleeping pills, heck even water can kill you if you drink to much.

Correlation does not imply causation. There will always be abusers of substances but that should not ruin it for the people who wish to indulge once in a while. Its like saying we should ban booze because some people drink all the time. My body, my choice.

I don't really see how it is profitable, it consumes resources that could be better utilized elsewhere, costs us tax payers billions a year, and creates criminals where there are none.

Not every drug in the same, thus should not be treated as such.

I'm a creationist, I don't believe that Marijuana is more harmful than alcohol... I've never smoked it and never will, even if it becomes legal. For the same reason why I'll never drink to get drunk.
