I wonder how they were able to pay for the electric bill without the company asking them questions?

They tapped a power line down the road from the property.

i hope they had enough sense to use solar powered panels to power all the lights (i guess not, since they got caught, heh) since the narcotic police (what are they called again?) check "unusual" electric bills.

That plus infared scans from the air looking for hot spots.

You missed the part about an 'underground lair' then?

Cool stuff. This is the first I've heard of this... It looks like Harsville is pretty close to Nashville. There are a lot of underground rivers in this part of the country that create caverns. It's common for underground caves to be around....but most aren't accessable....that one is definitely cool. Who ever did this should get the minimum sentence simply because they defied the law in a cool way. 😀

I wonder what strains they were growing. I bet it was chronic whatever it was!

I'm no expert, but the plants don't look to be anything more than a commercial seed. Probably something along the lines of Big Bud as it's cheap and plentiful. Buying a large quantity of a quality hybrid strain seems rather expensive especially at that volume. Cost would exceed or match that of the equiptment I'd say. Also, as you can see the volume of what was growing it sure seemed to be a commercial operation. But like I said, I'm no expert.

Even though I have never taken drugs and haven't even smoked a cigarette. It seems like so much of a waste of time and effort to try to crack down on cannibus because people invariably will do stuff like this.
