Cliff notes according to talk radio:

arguement starts over a door ding at a blockbuster.
arguement escelates to physical violence when the husband who got shot starts to beat the victim over the head with a metal pipe. Wife then gets in on the act and they both start to kick his ass.
dude pulls his piece and blast both of them, husband dies wife in critical condition.
now people are protesting saying it was not self defense. WTF!!! :|

Considering the guy is walking around, the story about two people beating him over the head with metal pipes doesn't hold water. If that was the case, he'd be in a hospital.

Under Colorado law, a person may use deadly force in self-defense if they believe deadly force is being used against them.

Well, if it was deadly force, where are his injuries? We are to believe he was beaten with deadly force by two people prior to shooting them and sustained no serious injuries?
