Adam is funny. I don't know where they found him, but he's perfect for that show.

My wife and I have almost watched the full first season on NetFlix Instant Watch. It is very enjoyable...but some of the sequences when he's preparing for some of his "competitions" are a bit much and just filler. He also seems to like anything he eats...although since he is eating at very famous places...that can be expected.

i love spicy food but in moderation. Something that spicy coming in will burn even more coming out

my 3 young daughters watch man v food with it and think it's hilarious.

I agree, that 4 horseman burger with 3 ghost chiles was unreal. Those things are deadly, I can't image what they'll do to his colon.

I could probably try one or two of those competitions before I start hating the food - and hating pizza/noodles/burgers/shakes would be a terrible thing.

Anybody watch the latest in Sarasota? Whenever the challenge involves a "hot" dish I think he is going to win because he always eats the spicy dishes with few problems, but those wings kicked the shit out of him. He was a hurting man. I bet his ass was on fire the next day.

I love this show. My least favorite part is the competition at the end, I like it much better when he's actually enjoying food that's unique to those cities.

How can he not be a competitive eater but eat the massive quantities of food that he does? The other night he ate a 72 oz steak, side salad, potato, and roll! He held the uncooked steak up to his stomach before it was cooked, it was literally as large as his abdomen. I don't know where that stuff even goes.

well the real competitive eaters would take down most of his non hot food challenges without breaking a sweat..

i like this show a lot. the eating competition stuff at the end of the shows are my least favourite - i like it when he just visits a couple restaurants and tries their most famous foods. travelling around trying the foods that certain cities are famous for would be a great time imo!!!

He's amazing. I can't believe he can put that much food away. And he's funny too.

4 horseman burger is good :) or not. Chunky's though is good. Can't bring myself to try that burger though.

I've been to the place where he failed the monster breakfast burrito, and Beau Jo's Pizza. Both are awesome.
