I wonder what law they will prosecute him on?
What exactly would be the crime?

I can't believe that person is hired as a journalist (global mail). The grammatical errors are horrible! (half his paragraphs are long run on sentences)

That doesnt make any sense. If anything, if these people were atheists, studying the Bible might have been the hobby they needed to pull them out of their depression. Or maybe attending a church and trying to get counseling of some sort could have helped.
We will never know now thanks to the man that coached them to kill themselves. 🙁
While I think what this man did was disgusting and evil, I dont think he broke any laws. He would probably claim a first amendment right to express his ideas.
Melchert-Dinkel moved to the street with his wife, an operating room nurse at the local hospital, and their two little girls in the early 1990s. The girls are now teenagers. Nice kids. No wild parties, neighbours say.
They attend church regularly, keep a tidy yard and have a dog named Lucy.

Jeeze guys, it's just amazing how you all never get tired of religion trolls, despite it all being the same stuff ad nauseum. I mean is really it too much to ask for at least some creativity from trolls?

If only they would've hung around a bit longer, they may have found the help that they needed.

These victims got help from a church-going citizen. Thank you lord.
