Well, that's not going to cure it....

prevents her from doing it to other guys. impossible to say if she has and never told them before. It may not be the death sentence it was years ago...but its a death sentence.

So, I found out that this man was married and had 2 kids at home. Meanwhile, he is creeping around with this single mother with her own two kids WITHOUT protection.

They are both at fault and he shouldnt get a free pass. He was sneaking around on his wife and got burned.
So you are equating adultery with aggravated sexual assault->murder? Wait no, you are suggesting it's a fair punishment.

People who cheat on their wives deserve HIV. WOW.

Awesome logic there, chief.

1: Does he have it?
2: Do her children? :\
3: He gets free treatment for it now.

Why is it ok to shoot and kill an intruder but not stab your lying HIV positive partner to death? Is the problem here simply that he didn't shoot her in the face?

well..aids ain't the death sentence it was years ago. Though i do think anyone who continues to have sex after knowing they have it should be shot.

Here's the thing...everyone wants sex without it we pretty much die unless all our hormones are shut off.

Sex is risky to begin with...wrap your dick or insist that dick is wrapped and you are miles ahead of the game.

I seriously don't think anyone is owed a medical history on a random encounter.

I do think the rules should change if the relationship was one with agreed exclusivity and both got tested fully.

AIDS/HIV are pretty rare to encounter and sort of exceptions to the rule. Having something that will kill another person sort of breaks these rules, but in the end I'd feel it was my own fault for not insisting on the due-diligence going bare-back.

I feel like if you knowingly spread a STD like this, you should be convicted of biological warfare. It's like bio terrorism. You have an obligation to stop the spread, but you did it anyway.

You know in Team Fortress when you get infected and you run back to spawn and infect other people and they flame you? Yeah.

I realize it's not something everyone wants to disclose and everyone does get horny, but jeez. Control it.

Problem in the way called HIPPA.

and what hippa laws axactly are you pertaining to? Your medical records are yours to do w/as you please. I work in health care, its no different than diabetics carrying cards, or people with disabilities carrying id for what they have.

The whole point is that it would have to be universal and mandatory, otherwise it wouldn't work. No one voluntarily carries around STD test results just in case someone asks if they're clean.

Only those that feel they'd never be subject to pregnancy or STDs (those that really don't date/go out) would like this. They want to feel safe in that risky encounter they finally enter is real.

the opposite is actually true, It would have to be voluntarily. If you start mandating then it has to follow specific guideline then it has to be hippa compliant

you attack but yet cant defend your comment. I have been working as front office/billing for about 7 years. So please do enlighten me how giving someone a medical card with their info on it violating hippa?

I never said that giving a medical card violates anything. It's when you require the Scarlet Letter, it does.

thats exactly what I said, its about allowing people the OPTION of carrying a card. Im all for it and probably would do it if available. Its a great for if anything you get into an accident for they para's to know you are clean.
