thats exactly what I said, its about allowing people the OPTION of carrying a card. Im all for it and probably would do it if available. Its a great for if anything you get into an accident for they para's to know you are clean.

the folks you are defending want it mandatory.

Also what do you think the first thing someone with a card will do once they know they may have caught something?

I am not saying I'd do this, but they'd be pulling down total pussy going to their end game.

While I hate to agree with Alky, even a broken clock is right twice a day. The comment he replied to as having HIPPA issues said "Maybe a medical card that clears you, has to be renewed every 6 months?"

Which drew my scarlet letter comment.
