IMO, if we would just euthanize disease bags the moment they had a positive diagnosis, AIDS & other STD's wouldn't be such an epidemic. Also, this would help with over population issues.

I still feel that way even though my uncle has been living with the AIDS for 10 years. How much he's in & out of the possible, nobody will be surprised when he dies.
