I would wait and see if I had aids first, If she didnt actually pass it to him well this is fucked either way but yeah that would be worse. Now if he passed it to him and she knew before they had sex she had aids..I cant even be mad at him

Aren't civil cases public as well? But yes, I was thinking more along the lines of a criminal case since that is what is flagged in background checks.

how often do you ask someone you're dating if they have a criminal record or do a background check on them?

If driving while intoxicated is considered a criminal offense, this kind of shit should be a mandatory minimum sentence.

serious...ffs.

You may not find out from the first test. It could take years of testing before finding out that you are HIV positive.

He most likely doesn't even have AIDS. The chance of being infected from just one encounter is very low.

"From there on out, statistically speaking, things deteriorate pretty fast. If your partner is HIV-positive, your chances of getting AIDS after one night are 1 in 5,000 with a condom, 1 in 500 without. Have sex with an HIV-positive partner 500 times using condoms and your chances escalate to 1 in 11. Skip the gift wrap and they're 2 in 3."

I was just thinking that. Just one time he probably didn't even get infected. He could have went to the hospital and they could given him drugs that could have helped eliminate the disease before it takes hold. As long as it was within a couple of hours I believe.

Dunn told authorities he went to Bolden’s apartment to have sex with her, according to the affidavit. After they allegedly had sex, Dunn told police Bolden told him she had HIV but said “it is not that bad,” court documents say.

Not that bad? lol Just a slight case of HIV then.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me.

ANYONE who knowingly fucks someone else while having ANY STD, whether it's the clap or HIV/AIDS deserves to die...preferably in a painful manner.
