If you owned the VCR business in 2001 and some dick steals your tapes, would you not have signed a warrant? Yes, you would have. I lol at these old warrants that pop up and bite deadbeats on the ass. I've got a bad check warrant on a thief from about 8 years ago. Sooner or later, she'll get pulled over on a traffic and get locked up for her bad check.

I always wonder if that library book I lost in preschool is ever going to come back and bite me. LOL. I still remember being super paranoid about it and going to the librarian, scared for my life, admitting that I lost the book. She just said "well find it" or something to that extent. I never did. lol.

This should be the plot to a horror movie where someone who lost a book in school ends up later on in life buying the librarian's (who is passed away) house and it is super haunted and the ghost librarian seeks revenge. Would make for a cheap horror flick. "The Librarian".
