Trucks are great when you need them. I'm glad I can borrow one intead of owning one, though, because I live in an apartment and I hardly ever need to haul stuff. My dad's got a mid-90's Silverado dually so it's more than big enough when I need it. :D Kind of tough to park, though, and the gas mileage is awful, as you might expect.

Yeah, my dad's old F-150 was a stripped base model with a V6 and it STILL only got about 14-15 MPG. This Frontier gets around 21 so that's nice:D

I understand that. Two guys at work just bought trucks before I bought my Dakota. One guy went from a Dakota Quad Cab to a full size 4x4 Ram quad cab, and the other bought an extended cab Silverado. I laughed at the Ram, since he averaged 12-13 mpg when he first bought it. It was a great truck though. The Silverado gets closer to what I get in my Dakota. (18 mpg on trips on the highway, and about 15 around town.)
