Holy fuck, I want a basement like that.

Edit: To all you saying the exhaust note sucks.. The fuck it does. That thing sounds badass.

However, it sounds nothing like a real Ferrari engine, so I can understand the complaint.

Agreed... high-revving tuned 8 cylinder with IRTBs... frozen O face while anywhere near the car.

Scientifically proven.

You mean Lamborghini engine, though.

The engine is fine. From the write up, he bored it out to a "377" with 575hp. I'm sure that someone with the mechanical skills to accomplish this also has the skills to make just about any engine purr. There are also a couple different versions of the 351 so depending on which he chose, Windsor or Cleveland, it probably won't matter that it's a Ford.

Besides, Ford has made some of the best motors ever (427/428/429 Cobra Jets, 289 Hi-performance, 302 Boss, etc). It's not like the other car manufactures have hit it out of the park with every engine they've ever built (305 anyone? How about a 318?).

I think that the sound quality of the motor is directly proportionate to the amount of space around it. most cars sound crappy when in a garage. There's a big difference though when you get them out into the open air and can open them up though.

Having had direct experience of a Countach 25th Anniversary edition I can tell you the dream surely beats the snot out of reality.

If it's a 351 Cleveland, the man is smart. Bulletproof bottom end, it can take a beating without even opting for a forged crankshaft. The cylinder head design was brilliant.
You fail at understanding engines.
--judging by the size of the valve covers, I think it is a 351c, and not the Windsor.
