I think it's mostly the younger girls. All the younger guys I know ( < 30 years old) love it.

TBH i won't eat a dog stew neither, it's not the right way to eat a dog. it should be roasted, like the man in op's article does.

I really hate clichés but here is one. "Think Globally". And I am not American, I hope for your sake I don't get to make American Laws. There is no law in America (as far as I can tell) that prohibits eating dogs.
