Money is money. Actors pretend to be gay all the time, you're basically just going with this guy to his friend/family member's wedding as a date, just someone to show off to his friends and family. Nothing wrong with that as long as you're comfortable doing it, you won't have to kiss him or play Mary for him, worth $425 and you might even enjoy the wedding.

See, thats what Im hoping. I mean, yeah, if he was picking me up for a dinner/movies bullshit, I would start being suspicious. But its a social gathering, perhaps his real bf is an ugly fat ass, and he wants someone to show off at the wedding. As I said, if it wasnt a social gathering I'd be weary, but since it is, chances are, he just wants to impress people there with a hot bf whose 12 years yonger.

I hate to say it, but I'd do it. Althought not necessarily for that video card. For me, it'd be because it'd be 4x my wage (factored hourly), and would allow me to spend a hell of a lot more time with my family. And if I get to meet some new friends, have some free drinks/food, and party, I'd say it's not a bad gig at all.
For all the homophobes, I have/had gay friends/co-workers in the past, present, and with how diverse this town is, will most likely continue to in the future. I've gone to parties and/or gatherings with them before. Guess what, they were just as normal and fun to be around as my straight friends/co-workers (gasp!).
So, 3 "dates" a week for ~$1000??? Guess what, that's more than I make in a 40 hour work week now. Be generous and figure 5hrs per evening. Anyone who says they wouldn't take $1k for 15hrs of work is lying, or gay themselves and just don't want everyone to know it.
I say more power to you for having the looks and personality for this place to hire you. Just make sure you're well protected (no pun intended) by the employer should a client proposition you. IE meaning you should be able to leave without recourse (or intercourse
) if they start being offensive/pushy or whatever.

Eh, people whore themselves out across this country thousands of times per day. I don't really see it an issue I need to pay attention to, because it doesn't concern me.
I would also note that at this point I have not called you a homophobe at any juncture.
Anyway, again, maybe it confuses you, but why bother with the need to understand? Maybe he simply doesn't care, which, while it may be somewhat outside the standard social norms of this country, isn't neccesarily anything glaringly important?
