Current studies are to poor to either prove or disprove effectiveness. Better studies are in progress. Just saying jury is still out.Stay away from your relatives.

Ivermectin is an anti-parasitic medication. COVID is a virus. What 'study' is there to be done, or wait on? It makes no sense AT FACE VALUE.Current studies are to poor to either prove or disprove effectiveness. Better studies are in progress. Just saying jury is still out.
I am saying the jury is still out, because we had no study to disprove it as an effective treatment of COVID. Studies have been done and some showed benefit, but sample size was small and error bars were too high to be conclusive. Being an anti-parasitic doesn't mean it's not also anti-viral. There was a (Together) study that showed that an SSRI Fluvoxamine had a 30% reduction of hospitalization risk (that same study didn't show significant benefit of Ivermectin, BTW).Ivermectin is an anti-parasitic medication. Why is that so difficult to understand? I don't get it. You aren't being intelligent or 'better-informed' by saying that the jury is still out on whether Ivermectin is effective for treatment of a viral infection. It's full dipshittery to the max, full-stop.

By your logic, we should ignore this drug's statistically significant benefit because it's an anti-depressant and not an anti-viral.Old drug fluvoxamine, new hope for COVID-19 - PMC

I am neutral on Ivermectin. I suspect it has very small or no effect, but it's not proven yet and serious studies are ongoing. I would not be angry if doctor didn't prescribe it to me. But since there is low risk of side effects with human appropriate dosing, I am not against it either and not angry for people taking it.
Whatever happens don’t tell them that all they need is to eat a tide pod. Tide pods have not been shown to kill COVID when you add a whole pod to a test tube with COVID in it l. Big pharma is hiding the truth of this miracle cure because they won’t make any money from it. It’s a 100% unproven fact that no one who took the tide pod challenge has died from COVID. Wake up sheeple! Are you angry with people taking this unproven medication instead of getting vaccinated? Because most of the people taking it aren't vaccinated. They're probably just taking it because CDC/FDA and the medical community are saying not to. If they told them not to stick a UV flashlight up their ass, I suspect we'd suddenly see a lot of rather embarrassing visits to the ER.
I'm not going to lie, I absolutely feel superior to him.
He can't analyse data and he has no idea how proof works.
Hes gullible and easily lead.
#5 on the list. I never said anything about not taking a vaccine, and I'm actually fully vaxxed and have been for months. We are talking about a treatment regime for Covid and not a preventative.Nothing on your list says that humans should be taking the drug to combat sar2.
But nice insults, real zingers. I'm sure the resident righties are getting their fainting couches ready to fall on while they chastise your mean words.
I'm glad you fancy yourself superior. Instead of spending time trying to talk yourself into feeling superior, you should educate yourself so you would be.I'm not going to lie, I absolutely feel superior to him.

Leaches are a treatment option and probably as effective as dewormer in keeping people off of ventilators. If they want to stay off of ventilators get the god damn jab.Are you mad that people are wanting treatment options over getting stuck on ventilators?

No we're mad at idiots that don't take this virus serious. The ones that won't take the necessary precautions to limit the spread. The ones that are too chicken to take a vaccine taken by 2 billion of us. And they call us sheep for "mindlessly" believing the government while they're actually taking medication with a sheep on the box. We're mad at people spreading lies (like yourself) promoting something that studies haven't shown it effective. Are you mad that people are wanting treatment options over getting stuck on ventilators?

You seem confused that people want proof? I know you are not familiar with verified facts but that's how things should normally proceed. No, #5 says it kills in in vitro. That's doesn't directly translate to the human body.
Best you can offer is that more thorough studies should be done before the FDA says anything definitive
You should be mad at the false information around Covid and treatment options. Not sure if you noticed the title of this thread. If we were to make a line with one end point noted as "Horse dewormer that sterilizes human males" and the other end would be "Covid cure", where do you think Ivermectin would lie? Closer to Covid cure or man sterilizer? No we're mad at idiots that don't take this virus serious. The ones that won't take the necessary precautions to limit the spread. Vaccinations still have nothing to do with this thread in and it's purpose of spreading misinformation. Joe Rogan claimed Ivermectin helped as part of a post infection treatment plan and not the sole reason for his recovery. There is a large portion of the population that is not able to receive the vaccine. Do they get the "sorry about your luck treatment"? Take a decongestant sounds like real quackery.Vaccination almost totally avoids having to make that choice, and, if they were vaccinated, about the only treatment they would need would be a decongestant.
Then lock and remove.Everyone has moved past the title error.
Joe Rogan also had a course of Monoclonal antibodies which probably did a lot more than him getting dewormed!Vaccinations still have nothing to do with this thread in and it's purpose of spreading misinformation. This is precisely why you are a fucking idiot @brandonbull... Take a decongestant sounds like real quackery.
