It is weird that the media is promoting this Milo guy. It's always strange when that happens because normally, people who speak the truth are never promoted by mainstream media. But this Milo guy is pushing a certain agenda that is made famous by Breitbart/Alex Jones.

Maybe its part of an agenda to divide people even more than they are?

I mean, how much more division do we need?

In fact they're going to be naming a campus free speech Bill after Milo.
http://www.breitbart.com/milo/2017/02/08/tennesse-free-speech-campuses-bill-named-milo/
This Milo guy is an actor playing his part from what I can see.

I mean, he constantly mentions how Christianity is great for gays while Islam is the worst thing ever. Maybe he's trying to bring the gay community into Christianity?

As for that bill, it doesn't matter. People don't want to listen to anyone but their own pre-determined dogmatic beliefs. Our minds are closed off.

Translation - you support violent protests. Typical of many libs - nothing's ever your responsibility; everything is justifiable. Your antifa buddies did more than throw a few punches; some of them beat people with metal poles. In case you didn't know that can classified as assault with a deadly weapon. But hey, that's ok. Some of your buddies nearly beat an autistic guy to death. I guess people with disabilities don't fit into your list of groups that don't deserve special status like all the other politically approved victim groups you recognize. Non libs aren't human so it's all good to people like you. Maybe someone will punch you out at a protest and we'll get to see you squeal like a little bitch and play the victim. You're a sterling example of why I could never be a liberal. Just so you know, I'm only slightly to the right of center with libertarian leanings. I detest power-hungry statists of either side.

Let's not pretend you aren't defending the side you relate to here, the alt-right white nationalists. Keep in mind your predictable comment history is archived for posterity. Worth noting the other side is western liberalism, the people who rather oppose you/milo/breitbart.

My wife and kids have no idea who Milo is. You may be blowing this up more than it warrants. Maybe 5% of the population that are political junkies know who he is. To the rest of the country he is irrelevant. Hell he doesn't even really show up on my own radar. Just another crank trying to be controversial for money.... ho hum....

You are right. He is another opportunist who has strangely been propped up (or has been propping himself up).

All these people - Milo, Alex Jones, Breitbart, etc - have become relatively well known right at the time Trump was rising to become the US president. They all worked with each other.

Alex Jones even takes credit for Trump winning. In one video, I think he said, "I just talked to Trump" like it was nothing. He just casually said it.

I thought it was Fauxcahontas' repeated comments and not the letter that got her silenced.
IMHO Senators should have a lot of latitude in confirmation hearings.

It's funny how a decade ago on this board, Steeplerot was shat on by most for stealing pro-war magnetic ribbons off of people's cars. Today, a sizable amount of P&N is fully on board with allowing violence against people that say offensive things. The left is radicalizing.

It will actually. Did you see how quickly the rats scurried away when the guy shot in self-defense at U of W?
Exactly, on both counts.

Well Warren tweeted this "If Sessions makes even the tiniest attempt to bring his racism, sexism & bigotry into @TheJusticeDept, he'll hear from all of us. "

No one makes a negative comment about what she says.
When President Trump says "so called Judge" the explosion of anger and hatred was a tsunami from not only the left, but many on the right about what he said. I find what Warren said far worse.

Worth noting how predictably conservatism identifies with the worst people: always.

Probably at least a plurality of trump supporters, ie almost half the country, consume breitbart or similar news.

I think that just as people become desensitized to Trump saying stupid things, so too have we become desensitized to the far left saying stupid things. It's difficult to be outraged over Warren accusing Sessions of being racist, sexist and bigoted because progressives are constantly saying the exact same things all the time about anyone who is conservative.
