The MAGAs are hyper focused on how much cheaper eggs are vs a year ago. Don had nothing to do with that, but they sure want to give him all the credit. Meanwhile, everything else is up, and they're completely silent about that. Somehow, I guess paying less for eggs offsets paying more for everything else? The knock off breakfast sandwiches I buy at Aldi's have almost doubled in price from what I paid for them a year ago. I guess I'm supposed to blame Biden or the brown illegals or something.

And the knock off Aldi's Cheez-Itz have shot way up in price, and I swear they taste less cheesy. I definitely blame Trump for the jump in price, and fuck it I'll say he's somehow the reason why they're not as cheesy anymore.

Anytime the government says there is x amount of inflation.. just triple it.

They say it's 4%, it's actually 12%

I went through and looked at a few things, the record player I bought in 2021 for $270 is now $499, and comparing from last year to now, the 3 pack of mic stands I bought for $100 is now $150, a MIDI controller that was $79 is now $111.

Funny - the Fluance RT85 I bought 2.5 years ago is still the same price. Maybe as something higher end, they've absorbed the costs a little.

I am linking this vid not because of the vid but because of the comments.. they're really something to read..

We've BEEN in a recession since the govt shut down small businesses in 2020. They just keep redefining what a recession is to prevent the truth getting out.

This is the Silent depression. The only people who notice it the most are those everyday Americans trying to feed their families, keep a roof over their head, pray each night that they will still have a job to go to. Tucker, you have no idea how bad it is. People are living in their vehicles, storage units, RVs, tents - these are people that can no longer pay rent because landlords are doubling the cost. Corporations are buying up buildings and evicting people, including Seniors. Middle America is dying.

The idea that a corporation can buy up single family homes in mass, jack up the price to the point that homes are unaffordable in comparison to people’s incomes in the area, then rent them to those people is disgusting.

We are in recession.I get 4% raise and my money left over after paying my bills(zero credit card debt) goes down. That means inflation is at least 6%.

So MAGA created the depression.. and they come storming back pretending they're the saviors??

I mean comments from a tucker carlson show?
What do you expect? Bunch of ignorant imbeciles.
Throwing around words like depression and recession like they know what they're talking about.

The last recession we were in was the great recession, 2007-2009. We technically had one in 2020 COVID, but it lasted 2 months.

Depression?
Try to imagine 25% of the population out of work
and a GDP that dropped 27%.

Biden handed the syphilitic orange menace a pretty decent economy. 4% unemployment, an inflation rate down to 2.5% and positive GDP growth. Tiny hands/ two scoops is bound and determined to fuck it up with his tariff bullshit.

hate to break it to you, but we where in a recession before COVID and goverment shut downs. We officially went into a recession feb 2020, which was before COVID had any effect on our economy or jobs. Trump's administration pulled all the stops, using every method in the book for bad economies, to try and prevent a recession thru out 2019, which only delayed it into 2020. COVID shut downs did not start till march 2020. COVID is the smoke screen used to cover up Trump's bad economy policies, or lack there of. He doesn't have a pandemic to cover up his incompetance this time.

And even remember something... the previous government was filled with competent people... this time there are no competent people outside Powell and maybe Rubio... and both might be the sacrificial lambs in case of failure.

Just using Costco as a barometer, just about all of their high quality fresh not frozen packaged entrées (Suki Chicken Marsala as an example) jumped between a $1.50 and $2.00 from a week ago. This is just the biggening of a beautiful fascist state. Simple minds for simple solutions.
