All cows with mad cow disease look like "downers." That kind of thinking is what helps spread the disease. Also, if he's raising cattle, he's a rancher, not a farmer.

well.... i've looked into this, and im pretty sure its "A-OK" as in legal, to feed cow parts that can carry BSE such as brain and spinal cords to chickens/turkey/pig. So really, eating meat in general is unsafe.Originally posted by: rbloedow
