I think it looks good other than two things :

Murdered/smoked out tails are as played out now as Tezzas, and the stickers/decals or whatever for the VVT-r are just ridiculous.
 
i like the blacked out parts, my first car and you know how teens are. its my very own "black Betty"
 
lowered and rims looked good. smoked taillights and decals are lame though. clean those up and it'll look great

after consulting the scionlife board since the drop was modest and not slammed, my stock shocks were fine, they will need replacing eventually though, and when that time comes ill through trd shocks on it.

it handles some much better, hugging the road around corners, but yes every time i see a speed bump I'm more cautious then ever.
 
looks good, though im not digging the black rims. like chrome, few cars pull it off well. make sure your shocks can handle the new springs though. the PO on my car put different springs in without changing the shocks and they eventually bottomed out on me (they were replaced with proper shocks).

also, that last pic really doesn't show what before is like 😛

People complain about wheel gap, but my ultimate lowering pet peeve is when the wheel well arch doesn't match the tire. I don't understand how people can like this look.

Well the only way to remedy that is going bigger wheels/tires which is insanely expensive and could possibly affect your choice of shocks.

Yeah, but you can't fit 3 people and enough crap to go away to Palm Springs for 3-4 days in that contraption. Besides, my motorcycle would spank your uncle's conveyance.

Edit-and this wasn't an e-peen post...it was more an attempt at pointing out how lame it is to mod a 4 cylinder econo-box. I don't think my car is cool. It is a conveyance. It is reliable, it is paid for, it is comfortable, it is roomy, it hauls my wife and kid and all the shit we carry around when we go places. It isn't overly fast, it isn't overly fun to drive, it isn't flashy...it's just a fucking car.

Yeah, but your car can't do 0-60 4.9 seconds. Your car can't do 1.03 Gs in the skidpad. Your car can't go 171mph.

Your motorcycle can't hold 2 people to go for a sporty drive. (Or not without completely messing up the driving dynamics). You also can't ride in heavy rain. Not comfortably. You also can't listen to music. You also can't use a heater in winter.

Do you understand the idea of different purposes? Were you always this stupid? 😛 Your car may be fine for you but maybe he wanted something different. I'm sorry the world doesn't share your tastes or desires in automobiles but I'm thankful we live in a place that gives us ample choices 🙂

EDIT for your EDIT: You're also the same poster who drools over carbon fiber Ducatis. A motorcycle is also just a "fucking motorcycle." You are the same as many other members here that have trouble seeing past their own bias for their own personal desires. You can't pull your head out of your rear long enough to understand that different people have different priorities. Do I like his car? Not particularly. I don't even like little econoboxes. But I'm not gonna shit on him for doing something I want to do and throwing my little bland daily driver up in an attempt to kill his buzz. It ain't my thing, but its his money,a nd his car. There's a difference between advising that a particular mod isn't wise, and just trying to demean. This forum would be a lot more helpful if it remembered that.

Yeah yeah, I'm all for modding your car if you want to. I've done it myself in the past...I was just trying to save the OP some money is all.
