Anyone here tried the 5-6 smaller meals a day plan, and lost fat eating that way? With regular aerobic exercise and weight training of course.
I started yesterday, and here is my plan today.
Breakfast: Small bowl of whole grain cereal / 1 cup of skim milk
Mid-Morning Snack: Half a low carb/protien bar
Lunch: Chicken Salad with Fat Free Miracle Whip dressing / 1/2 cup of Fat Free Yogurt
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Whey Protien Banana Shake
Dinner: Extra Lean Hamburger on Whole Wheat bread
Am I eating too much? I am only moderately active, due to the fact I must sit on my butt all day at work.
Any tips? Any success stories?
