sidenote: My brother-in-law was in a high school play of Footloose over the weekend and one of the cast members was a near dead ringer for Kirsten Dunst in "Bring It On" (minus the teeth issues). Her father said that she gets that alot but he doesn't see it.

They pretty much set everything up in S2 for Venom to be introduced. I just hope that they don't try to have Venom and Harry Osborne as the Green Goblin running around at the same time.

venom and carnage are trump cards for them. he's probably gonna be a classic vililan like Vulture or something.

In all liklihood, I think he's going to play the Lizard. 🙁 It'd be better if it *was Venom* but the story is a bit involved and far fetched (an alien symbiotic suit that appeared out of nowhere?) in that one . . ..
 
CArnage was spawn of venom...alien symbiote that bonded with a serial killer

I can see church as vulture...i can't see him as lizard though...maybe they will do mysterio or electro

They already have the guy from from S2 cast as the professor who becomes the Lizard. S3 will be interesting because S2 setup the possibility of the Lizard, Harry Osborne as the Green Goblin, and Venom (via J Johah Jameson's son).

No, he brought the symbiote that becomes Venom back with him from space. (at least in the Saturday morning cartoon version).
 
I was under the impression that Osborne's kid was going to be the Hobgoblin in the next movie. Thomas Haden Church could be electro? That character would provide the most eyecatching effects.
