Low flow toilets

Why? Why do I have to have a toilet that clogs when attempting to flush a lone, uninspired turd of the non-clogging variety, sans any toilet paper? Why do I have to repeatedly let the toilet fill up with water and pray that the pressure just forces the turd down, rather than yet again use my now filthy fecal forcer, the disgusting Wal-Mart plunger?

Anyone know where I can get like a 5 GPF toilet?

I like the toilets where there is no tank on the back. It pumps water straight in from the pipes. Those never get clogged.

IMO the stupidest fucking law on the books. Yeah, we'll limit toilets to 1.6 GPF, ignoring the fact that an infants turd would require three or four flushes to completely vanquish. Fuck this.

They usually have industrial water supplies though. The water pressure at this apartment complex is so weak, I'm actually better off with a tank.

So it doubles as a bidet?

You probably have one of the first gen low flow toilets which were poorly designed. Time to invest in something that actually flushes properly,IE something newer.(I see you are in an apartment, good luck).

I'm going to start fucking driving to campus and taking shits on the 3rd or 4th floor of the library. Most frequently cleaned bathrooms there, and also the least frequently used. Ahh, I've forgotten what it feels like to drop a good deuce without having to mess with the toilet for an extra hour after finishing.

You should see the toilets at the hospital I work with. By the time the flush is complete the turd is already at the filtration plant. Man those have so much power. Wonder if they hook up an air compressor to the line or maybe a vacuum to the drain or something.

Hey, here's an idea, why not go back to those old style toilets where the tank is on the ceiling? Those make more sense from a physics point of view. Way more power.

Toilet overclocking would be fun actually.

"Dude, I just overclocked my toilet to 10GPF with a 10 foot water drop, there's so much power!"

Its not the low flow thats the problem, its that you have crap for a toilet.

A good toilet works fine. Its the cheap ones that have no real design that have issues. The new low flow I installed in our house works just fine.

You need to buy one of those pressurized flush units. I heard you can flush a cat down with single push of button.

I honestly can't see any possible way to convince them to just change the fucking thing out, it's driving me crazy.

My low flow Toto works great. Haven't even come close to clogging it and I've clogged plenty of older toilets.

It's not the fault of the toilet being low flow. It's the fault of your drain plug only being an inch or two in diameter. Get a toilet with 3 to 5 inches and watch your turds get gobbled up faster than (insert fat joke here).

Last I heard, Canada.

No toilet paper huh?

I wipe, if that's what you're getting at. This was a "courtesy flush," just flushing the turd and the turd alone as to not stink up my apartment, so no toilet paper in the bowl at the time.

Early in the low flow days, the toilets that were available weren't very good. Since, designs have improved, so now, newer ones work fine.
