You're welcome.

Another suggestion depending on what you are looking for is a notebook. Best Buy has a Toshiba notebook that has the Celeron 1037U CPU, with 64-bit Windows 8, a 500GB HDD, DVD drive and 4GB RAM for $229.99 + tax. Factoring in cost of Windows, you can't build a box for that cheap. You can just run it with the screen closed.

I already have everything else though or else this would be the best option. I ordered the ECS version of the board.

Newegg had 3 choices for the Celeron 1037U Embedded Boards

Foxconn - 79.99

ECS - 79.99

Gigabyte - 89.99

I went with the ECS version. The Gigabyte is the best option most likely, but I won't use the extra things it comes with. (Dual Nics, Full size Dimms, etc)

I went with the ECS board over the Foxconn because

A) Has a Full size PCIe x16 2.0 Slot, where as the Foxconn is 1 PCI only.

B) Better Reviews

I have a 4GB SO-DIMM DDR3 chip here, so I decided to go with the ECS board for now.

If I were to buy one of these CPUs on an ITX board, it would also be the ECS... but the OTHER one that uses desktop DIMMs (I have spares of those). They sold out quick, but Amazon had them for around $70 shipped in limited quantities.
