I probably eat about 10 - 12 oz of high quality meat or seafood a day. I eat tofu from time to time too. I also eat fruit with every meal and I eat plenty of green salad and vegetables, not to mention nuts, cheese, olives, yogurt, oats, and soy milk.
I don't eat sugar, white flour, starchy fruits and vegetables or junk/processed food.
What do you find so abnormal about my diet?

I walked to work this morning,1\2 hour culiminating in a huge incline with my heart rate jacked to the max for 12 minutes,I'll also be using the treadmill later today.My breakfast choice was perfectly valid given my activity level.
