Weight loss is slowing down as I seem to approach some level of equilibrium. Im down below 245 for the first time since 98 when I graduated high school.
I can relate, my first 60-80 pounds were the easiest to lose, it took increasingly more effort to lose the next 60 or so, but I'm happy where I'm at and it's been sustained for nearly 3 years now. Back at my high school weight too. Congrats!

Glad to year of your success. It is encouraging. Im not complaining at all. I expected to plateau or stabilize at some point, Honestly, my goal at this point is to get below around 230, drop my BMI under 30 and no longer be classified as Obese.

Yes...the so called "food / nutrition pyramid " is designed to support an industry that makes lots of revenue from high sugar high carb foods resulting in addiction and nearly nothing to do with disease mitigating foods and good health.
