Any ideas of who killed Rousseau and her daughter's boyfriend?

Good question. I'm guessing Ben's people at the Temple set-up an ambush for those two.

Thats my guess too. They could have easily shot her but didnt.

ben sent them up there knowing his people would follow orders to shoot anyone other than himself or his daughter. Earlier in the episode he had that look when the boyfriend but his arm around his daughter. He got the BF out of the picture without anyone being the wiser.

Don't Forget the helicopter is not on the ship and hasn't been for a couple days now...

I thought the helicopter was on the ship? I swore I saw it in the last episode.

No, the helicopter was said to be gone on a "supply run" or something. This episode made it clear that some of the guys on the ship were mercenaries, and they are most likely the ones who killed Russo and the boyfriend. She knew to scream that she was Ben's daughter as Ben made it clear they would use her to get to him, meaning she is worth more to them alive.

Never occured to me that the others would shoot them, but stranger things have happened on this show.

But why kill Rosseau? That's some cold-blooded shit murdering his daughter's mother.

Ben's not her real father. She was kidnapped by the others and raised. Ben probably liked the idea of being a father on the island where no one else could have kids. Which leads to the question where are all the other children that were kidnapped from 815?

I doubt Rousseau is dead... especially with the show turning out the way it is.

She's probably injured and passed out.

Good point. The dude is dead though, he was so unworthy of that Hotness!
omg, it's so true. people can say what they want about smokemonsters and not being able to die, but them being a couple was the most unbelievable thing so far. lulz

please tell me someone else caught Naomi's buttcrack / thong shot (undecided on which). heck, the chopper pilot was still staring at it, and it was still in view, even when the camera panned out to Michael!!! LOL!

Shes not good looking anyways.. something about her skin color/lips.. something.

And no new shows for a month is bad.

Oh yeah, my eyes immediately panned to that area of the screen.

Oh man good point. Forgot about those. We did see them when they were spectating the people in the cages. But since then... nothing.

Didn't Ben say that they were at the last hideout that Russo was taking her daughter to?

He said the rest of his people were there. He didnt specify who that is though.

just rewound it... it pretty clearly said "all of the oceanic six survivors have been revealed," and it flashed over jack, sayid, sun, hurley, aaron, and kate.

Shoot, I'm thinking about this when I'm not at home to check.

In the episode that showed Kate's story, she has a "son." Is it her biological son, from sleeping with Sawyer, or has she adopted Aaron?

I think it's Claire's son Aaron. I suppose it could be her and Sawyer's, but the kid looks too old for it to be her's, though there is that timewarp thing coming off the island. I still think it's Claire's though.

So, somebody want to chime in on this?

Jack/Kate/etc story exactly coincides with the 'official' story. 8 people survive the crash, 6 people survive in total.

Is Jack/Kate/etc fibbing the story because of some undue influence by (presumably charles whitmore)? some kind of deal with the devil?

damnit. need more lost. At least there's only some 20-30 ep's left until the show is over.

Ok so the public found out there were survivors after the plane salvage was staged. I want them to reveal what happened when the shit hit the fan.

I think they made a deal, like Michael did.

Ok, I pulled up my recording of that ep 🙂 She does call the child Aaron, followed by ominous music and the ending credits.

I was under the impression that the "Six" lie about the other survivors to keep their existence a secret. They stayed behind because they didn't want to leave the island, and certainly don't want anyone else going to it to find them.

That sounds reasonable....

Except why would they keep wanting to go back, then?

Ben is still alive. He or someone like him is still trying to control the island.

Keep in mind that the Six also made up completely new and false stories of how they survived and what roles they played while they were "stranded." They are protecting identities and keeping secrets, but are having regrets about how and why. When Jack visited Hurley in the mental hospital, Hurley said: "I don't think we did the right thing, Jack."

The six didn't make it up. It coincides with the official story. They might have made up the details, but overall, it sounds like they made a deal ala Michael (as another poster pointed out).

This would further the "I don't think we did the right thing" idea

That guy sounds like he got incredibly drunk, watched some Star Trek, and was then handed some coffee and a keyboard. The overall concept is almost plausible, but his details and explanations are gibberish.
