if you tivo'd it you can actually catch some of the characters as they're flipping. The most obvious one is the picture of a running stick figure.

On a side note, it makes no sense how the flipping numbers change color from white to red.
 
I'm hoping Sayid will get to "interrogate" the Other again. He's fscking badass, I just want to see him beat the sh!t out of the Other. Is there something wrong with me?

Well, the red character could be just in there next to say the 0/9 and is just normally flipped past.

I'm thinking this is the last dharma station on the island that hasn't let the numbers run out yet, but that doesn't explain wtf "walt" was trying to explain to michael.

That, and I saw like 3 girls finding the place they took claire, wtf they going to do, especially with no guns and 2 of em being wusses.
 
one little note, on the video that showed the chemical warfare, it said something like "DIA property" on the screen. my guess? dharma initiative agency or something similar. how it's connected to the island i dont know.

Yeh he promised twice. Once after he did it in Iraq then after doing it to Sawyer. But I gather he was pissed that the others were the cause of his girlfiriends death. So he did not care at that point.

I just always assumed DIA stood for Defense Intelligence Agency.

Great episode. When the timer ran out that was awesome... Oh man.

The guy has to be an other. That look he had after he got his ass kicked.....
And Sayid totally got him on how he'd know how much he had to dig, how deep, etc.

So when the tough Army man asked if Sayid had any family, and he was holding a picture, didn't it look like a young kate?

That is what I thought, but I didn't understand how they had Sayid on TV in kates episode with the army guys (when she was talking to her dad) if her dad was in America talking to kate? Wouldnt he be there with Sayid? I guess it could be an old news story....but it kind of confused me.
 
Damn....a crazy work schedule got me all mixed up and I forgot this was on last night. I haven't missed any until now. I feel cold and alone.

Locke is still the only one with the combo though. Jack would be a fool to let that guy go. He's a little punk bit$%, but I don't think he's stupid.

 
So the guy siad his name was Henery Gale. That was the name of Dorthys Uncle in the wizard of Oz. She used a balloon to fly home.....He used one to get to the Island. Think he's a fan of the book and that's how he made up the whole story, since he's an other? (Or so I think at least).
