You also need to do weight training, you cannot expect to lose all the weight and then build muscle, because right now those 5lbs were water weight and muscle mass. Burning weight off extremely quickly without the proper amount of calories burns muscle like crazy, and you will be left extremely weak in the weight room. Sorry to burst your bubble, but I gaurantee you can get better results doing it another way. @CKGunslinger, you are going about it the right way, just remember you are going to need to cut eventually, as you cannot build muscle and burn fat at the same time. One or the other, so be ready to do some cardio soon to get rid of that gut.
