The OP should wait till the 22nd for the GTX 1660 and 1660 ti launches next week on the 22nd. These will not only be a good card for the money(both cards), it will cause the price of all midrange Radeons to fall hard. With the GTX 1660 performing at rx 590 levels for 220-230 dollars, expect the rx 590 to fall to near 200. The Ti version of this card will be a little over a gtx 1070 for 280 dollars. With both these cards on the marketplace, radeon cards will become truly cheap. The price of the rx 580 to fall to 150 and the rx 570 to fall to 110 dollars. Right now, the price of the RX 580/rx 590/GTX 1060 are at price fixing price levels. Artificially inflated prices to sell old stock at high profits.

With a new card with new silicon and technology coming, the old generation is going to fall hard for prices. The only card worth considering if your willing to sacrifice performance is the RX570. Everything else is overpriced.
GTX 1660ti is going to be $280. Essentially a crap card that isn't worth to upgrade to, unless you are on a GTX 960 or lower or R7 380 or lower and older. But most people already upgraded to the RX 480/580/1600 already.

Yeah the Armor is smaller, the heatsink is smaller. The Gaming one clearly have better feedback from the users.
