where are your options for "i dont care how people look and dress as long as they feel comfortable?"

thats the one i would pick. if the way other people dress really bothers you, you probably have some very serious insecurity issues, and probably are those types of people who constantly put down people when they are different than you are.

It's a age thing.
You wouldn't understand.
I would agree to the extent that the reason I don't like people who dress like thugs is because the majority of the ones I've seen/met act/talk/think a certain way that I don't like.

It's entirely possible that someone could dress like a thug and be a smart, driven, hard-working person, with good morals, who doesn't swear.

Dawg, then them (banned word) be just frontin', ain't be keepin' it real down on the streetZ, fake-ass (banned word again) all Hollywoodin', Imma bussa cap in dem foo's fo' shizzle

Ooohh scary..not. Every generation has those who look like Knuckleheads, mine did. I grew up in the late 60's and early 70's and even witnessed the Disco Craze with those stupid Platform shoes and stuff.

You don't look like a thug, you either are or you aren't. If you feel like you have to look a certain way, usually it's because you aren't that way. Anyone else remember the kid with the $150 sneakers and all the Nike wristbands/warmup suit/etc being the ONE kid on the court who COULDN'T ball?

And for the record, anyone frontin with MTV's "image" of flat-brimmed pinwheel caps, throwback jerseys, and platinum chains down to your dick would get stomped/robbed where I'm from.

Personally I'm just as comfortable in a five-button single-breasted designer suit as I am in jeans and a Kangol. But that's just me. I'm no thug (who wants to be? Even they don't) but we've shared the same struggles. I couldve ended up that way without being provided guidance and purpose. It's not glorious.

Being born where I was, growing up where I did, and being as poor as I was, the odds would tell you that I should be a thug or at least some wannabe who isn't going anywhere.

How ghetto a person turns out is definitely a choice a person makes on their own or with their parents' help
