Update: I'm almost done but ran out of tubing. 
Waiting for next shipment of tubing... in the meantime here's my final setup:

Black Ice Pro III radiator + 3x Scythe SFLEX SFF21E (1200RPM) 120mm fans w/ rheob
2x Eheim 1048 pumps
2x 1/2"->3/8" leakproof reducer
20ft Tygon 3603 1/2" ID clear tubing
Logisys Stainless Steel Blade Grill 120mm (for tubing I/O, replaced the rear Lian-Li fan)

+ I bought a new Enermax Aurora Black Alu keyboard... yumm...
Anybody with this DFI CFX3200 FYI: if you are going to use this MCW30 for your chipset, you won't be able to install X1900 cards with full-cover blocks in CrossFire - card won't fit in the very first PCI-E 16x slot, period.
