i have a creative sb audigy platinum ex but i'm not very satisfied with it ,i'm looking for a good sound card in the 150$-400$ i.
 
Look into the Phillips Acoustic Edge, I got it after I wasn't happy with a SB Live card (there was a period where I reverted to my AWE64) and am thrilled with it.
 

i recommend the Phillips Acoustic Edge, nice performance and clear sound. 🙂

some kinda slow when playing games, but i think it's a driver issue.
