I did a speech awhile back, on a whim, entitled "How to Win a Conversation." The entire idea is to present any conversation as a battle between the participants. I went through reasons it's important to win, strategies, and benefits. It involved a really high-energy delivery utilizing everything I was talking/ranting about in the speech. For each of the three times I delivered it in front of an audience (the largest of which was about 300 people :D) people would be shocked at the beginning and then, after a minute or two, just be rolling around laughing.

I went for a five minute time as well.

Plus, it afforded me the opportunity to say "cunning linguist" and "master debator" in front of large, captive audiences.

Was this in front of 3rd graders or 6th graders?
