Call the police, "yes, I'm at <location> and cannot park in the handicapped spot because there is a Ferrari blocking half the spot. Would you guys mind towing it out of the way?"

they would say they will send someone out to look at it..eventually. maybe an hour or two latter they might send a squad car to look.
Of course, nevermind the fact that the definition of "handicapped" has been blown way out of proportion. I berate a buddy regularly for the handicapped plates he has (not placard, but actual PLATES) because of his bad back. This is the same guy who works 6/50, smokes 3 packs a day and has no problem walking anywhere we've ever gone.
If handicapped folks want sympathy on the parking situation, I need to see a handicapped revolution first. Otherwise, enjoy the max 100 yard stroll to the door of Wally world or the local pharmacy whilst remembering how difficult mobility must've been for folks pre-industrial revolution.
Full disclosure, I was only there long enough to pick someone up. 🙁
I always park almost right on the strip when beside a handicapped spot. Handicapped spots are huge and "those" people have more than enough room to get in or out. I always try to find spots at the end of the row and park on the outer most line. I don't get why more people don't do it, I guess they like having the risk of scratches/bangs increased.
For this photo yea guy might be a douche because that is a small handicapped spot...
404 douche not found. Ferrari looks like it's barely over the line. Now lets see a wider shot with more of the Tahoe...looks like he's the one blocking a handicap spot.
Small penis alert.
Yea, that would be the way to handle it, scratching a car is as lowlife as parking there in the end. I get kind of worked up about it since my spouse is handicapped and those spots are important to us..
good lord, that alert would be blaring non-stop in this forum...
What was that? Sorry, I can't hear anything over this constant buzzing.

Those "people" need the space so a wheelchair can be brought to the car and the person transferred to the chair. Yes, they make custom conversion vehicles but they are very, very expensive.
