Longest Puzzle/Riddle ever?

Need help on 21: Dead End.

I've viewed the source and went the the "bonus" page and viewed source again, but I don't see anywhere to go after that.

Help?

Also, I saw the little message in URL, but still don't know where to go.

Edit: I'm to the shapes and got the clue, but I don't understand it.

Level 20 is giving me problems. Not only is "lol ^o) brb" not helping, but I'm not sure what to do with the rectangles or how to incorporate the four items with "Slogan?".

What program do you usually use those acronyms on? There is a specific word that is represented in the title... The rectangles don't have ANYTHING to do with the answer. Nor does the "Slogan?" part.

Yes, I do. And I found a perfectly good rhyme. But it doesn't work.

Yes, but there are other ways of looking at it. And one of them rhymes quite well with the picture.
