...so I have this neighbor that has had a problem with me ever since I told her in a very cordial way that I did not want her parking in front of my house, (well actually well before but that is another story) she has been a major pain in the ass. (taking my trash cans, destroying them, her and her white trash family tossing their litter and cigarette butts into my yard, they let their dog crap all over their front yard and NEVER...I mean NEVER clean it up, poor mail man...in the summer with a nice breeze it stinks up the whole neighborhood...no kidding...pretty much trash all the way around.

Well her daughter wrecked their older Ford Expedition and apparently she totaled it..so they got a new one.

Well, I now, after some time of no birds at my feeders, I have a flock of 30-40 sparrows, starlings and cardinals...kinda nice to watch.

The birds all like to hang out at my feeders and on the power lines over hanging where the neighbors park their nice new Expedition and where her b*tch ass sister parks when she visits....BOMBS AWAY! boys.....I can't wait until they go out in the morning and have bird sh*t all over their cars and driveway.

Sure the birds are eating me out of house and home but it is soo worth it.....hell feed is only $3 a bag and well this is some cheap revenge and entertainment.

Cliffs:
Neighbor is a b*tchy piece of white trash.
She has a new vehicle.
The birds I feed roost right above it and crap all over it.

Edit...as far as the parking goes, it was not on the street...it was physically on my property in front of the home. Private property that I purchased when I purchased the home...I pay the taxes on it and as long as I do not violate any city ordinances I have the right to do with it what I want. The city has "right of way" from the center of my street to about 6 feet onto my property...what that means is if they have to do any work or plow during a snow storm I cannot put a permanent fixture there.

actually yes I can...the city has "right of way" meaning that if a plow comes through you cannot and should not have anything there.

It does not mean it is "public "property.

If someone parks there without my permission, I can call the police and have them towed within 4 hours...if I post a sign that says no parking I can have it towed right away at no cost to me.....trust me I have been over this with the City director, city engineering and just about every policeman on the force (small town)......like I said there is more to the story and it got ugly...but I won...she is on probation for 2 years criminal trespassing .

hahahahaha...

Sounds like my neighbour except not as confrontational. Before I personally tore up our front yard to lay down grass, large stones and plants, they parked infront of our house; infront as in front bumper 3 feet infront of the fu**ing support column to our second and third floor, 6" clearance from our fence that runs along the walkway to the porch. The landlord next door seems to love letting retards live there cause one time some idiot was moving out, and drove a U-haul truck into our fence ($50 says she didn't have a license or experience).

then your city is a rarity. Most cities, including ours, you do not even own the property between the sidewalk and curb. You must maintain it, but it is the city right of way, and you have no rights to it. They can remove any landscaping and not replace it.

That's screwed up. Sound's like the city choked when setting up the right of way. I hope you at least have the decency to post it no parking so unsuspecting folks don't have to deal with your BS.

That's good. It will probably bake in and ruin the paint since it's likely they won't wash it. Keep an eye out for dead birds - if they're really white trash they'll start shooting them and you can get them in worse trouble.

No one else parks there....she did simply because she wanted to piss us off...she told a cop that to her face.

I have 60+ft in front of my property, so does she...it is actually a shorter distance for her to park in front of her own home than it is mine...but she is the matriarch of her family...she expects everyone to jump when she says so.....I know this woman very well. She used to pour bleach on her other neighbors flowers when they were on the outs.

I got no problem with other people because no one else does it....she keeps pissing me off, I'll dig up the dog they just buried in their back yard (who the fvck buries a dog in their back yard in the city?....cremation anyone?) and leave it on her front porch Godfather style.....yes, I am that much of an S.O.B.

A couple of years ago, I spilled a couple of pounds of bird seed in the back of my truck. I left it there because I figured it would either blow out of the bird would just eat it. The birds found it the next day while I was at work. They spent 8 hours eating and crapping all over my truck. I wasn't aware of this at the time, but birds don't eat the outer shell of the seed. When I got up to about 45 miles an hour, I would have this tornado of bird seed shells circulating around in the bed of my truck.

When/if I do it I'll post some pics.

The only question is am I driven enough to do it in 11 degree weather?...in all honesty....probably not...wait until we get a nice spring thaw ;)

poor dog is actually probably better off...they left it home for 10-12 hours a day with no one to let it out, they both smoke like chimneys so that can't be good...then to top it off they named it Suri...yes Suri after Tomkat's baby....like I said the poor mutt is probably better off.

What jerky neighbors. Last summer I asked my neighbor if he would have his kids refrain from parking their cars in front of my house. My reason was I didn't want cars there creating blind spots for my kids... (Our street doesn't have sidewalks so the kids ride their bikes along the curb) He obliged and not only did his kids stop parking infront of my house, all of his kids' friends stopped too. Of course, I was on good terms with him already, but really he didn't HAVE to comply... but he did, and I really appreciated it.

I also believe in that, this was not something I created, i tried to be very courteous and ask nicely, I find that works 95% of the time....people will be more inclined to work with you if you are nice...I never demanded anything...but some people like to be difficult just to prove something.

They started the unwarranted destruction and stealing of private property....not I....this is a game that she wants to play so be it....I hope she is in it for the long haul....I doubt she makes it that far....she she is grossly over weight, smokes 2-3 packs a day and is/was always stressed out at work...I figure if I push just the right buttons she'll either have a coronary or stroke out before all is said and done.

If she leaves me alone and does nothing...I do nothing...I prefer a less complicated life.

However....mess with the bull you get the horns.

The only time I park in front of someone elses house is on a temporary basis. To do so all the time is quite rude imo. Park in front of your own fucking house.
