The last time I checked Nancy Pelosi was only one person. I do have something substantive as to Her Job Lack of performance.

She has rammed the healthcare bill down the throats of the american poeple against the will of the vast majority. This was supported by many Polls before and after they passed the unread bill.

She has pushed through massive overspending with no regards to what the people of america want.

She makes statements that shows how she really feels about the american people:

You will find out what is in the bill once it has passed.

Welfare is the best way to stimulate the economy.

She cut off water to some of the best farmland in the USA to preserve a minnow. That farm land is now a desert and probably thousands lost their jobs because of it.

it goes on and on. She is retarded.

Haha, I can't believe anyone would cite the "Contract With America" as a point of pride! 😀 I realize most of you kids were watching Power Rangers or Ren and Stimpy in 1994, but I (a Democrat) was actually excited to see what would change. Having new energy in government could have been a potentially great thing.

Of course as you know from your history books, nothing changed and it took the Repubs no time at all to flush their "contract" down the toilet and get booted out of office (and Clinton re-elected).

Get ready for the second verse, same as the first.

He's really crying because he knows he's going to preside over the most lame duck Congress in history. He has about a 0% chance of passing any meaningful legislation and he knows it, so he won't even try, he will spend his entire term serving up partisan garbage that won't pass the Senate or the veto pen.

He has already stated that his sole objective is unseat Obama in 2012. Sad but true he will use the legislative powers of the house purely as a campaign tool for the next 2yrs with no intention of passing any legislation.

While I'm sure Representative Boehner holds little good will for the president, I believe it was Senator McConnell (R-Ky) who made that particular statement.

Brown is the new Governor and not that condescending she-man Whitman.

Most of the Propositions I voted for here in California went my way.

It was a very successful night for Dems in California. Cant say the same across the rest of the country.

I'm thrilled this morning!

NY and Cali outside of some modest gains in local legislature came out relatively democratic. Funny how the two states responsible for 60 percent of the GDP of the country went that direction...
