Yup. I will always be loyal to logitech products for this reason.
They have nice support, but I play FPS, and neither their mice or keyboards cut it. You can not beat Razer mice (currently Mamba) and Cherry switch mechanical keyboards (also Razer).
I had several MX500/518s fail on me btw; now through their terrific warranty, they are work mice.
No luck on that for me. AFAIK, the support for the Harmony is run by a different division of Logitech. I also had a button stop working, as well as the usb jack and they wouldn't replace it.
That's subjective. I've competed using the G15 + MX Revo, Performance MX, G7 and G700.They have nice support, but I play FPS, and neither their mice or keyboards cut it. You can not beat Razer mice (currently Mamba) and Cherry switch mechanical keyboards (also Razer).

Maybe so, but you obviously don't play FPS.
I love my MX5000 keyboard. I've had it for three years and have never had a problem with it.
??? I play BF3 quite well with a pretty low end Logitech wireless mouse, the one thats about $30ish. It's probably better than the old mice I used back in the day, and with ancient mice I was on a couple of the most successful RTCW and ET clans out there.
Better mouse helps, but it's not a total deal breaker. A totally elite player with an average mouse will own the shit out of a very good player with a top end mouse .
Dude, take it up with SphinxnihpS.
they replaced my z5500s without issue. even paid for shipping back and forth. logitech has pretty damn good CS, right next to apple.
